vFunction Server version 4.0 and above can be configured to create, link and update Atlassian Jira Cloud issues from the TODO items in the vFunction server.

Pre-requisite: A Jira cloud account (doesn’t have to be admin).

Configurtaion Steps:

1. In the vFunction Server, click on your account settings menu (person icon) and select My Team

2. Click Configure Apps

3. In the Configure Apps pop-up fill in the following under the JIRA section:

   3.1 User Name: the email address of the user to be used to create the Jira issues. It is recommended (but not mandatory) to create a special user for vFunction since this user will be assigned as the reporter of the issue. The user doesn’t have to be an admin user.

   3.2 Token: A token to authenticate the user. Follow the instructions to create an API token in the Manange API Tokens Atlassian support page.

   3.3 Jira Base Url: The base Url to your Jira cloud site (e.g. https://yourcompany.atlassian.net)

   3.4 Click Integrate Jira
